JAY PARTS DEFLECTION LEVER STEERING FOR POLARIS XP 1000 SCRAMBLER S & POLARIS SPORTSMAN XP 1000 S

Polaris installed the bell crank on the S models between the tie rods to improve the steering geometry.
Based on the experience of the first owners, we have manufactured a new three-part reversing lever so that spare parts can also be exchanged individually.

The lever is much more stable and the shafts have been lengthened to the maximum to prevent the aluminum from wearing out.
Please make sure that the washers are included in the assembly above and below.

Use the nut or castle nut with cotter pin for assembly.
Please make sure that the washers are included above as below!
It is essential to use Loctite 243 medium-strength threadlocker during assembly.
